Is MastersFit only for people over 40?
It's built for adults 40+ — the programming logic, the larger type, the recovery defaults, and the plain-language questions are all designed for that. Younger users are welcome and will train better for it, but everything is optimized for life after 40.
What if I have past injuries or limitations?
You tell us once during onboarding, and every program works around them. If a movement could aggravate an old injury, MastersFit swaps it for a safe alternative automatically — no need to redesign your own workout.
What equipment do I need?
Whatever you have. A full gym, a couple of dumbbells in the garage, resistance bands, or nothing at all — your plan is built around your actual equipment and updates if that changes.
Is it on iPhone and Android?
Yes — MastersFit runs on both iOS and Android. It syncs steps, calories, and heart rate from your phone's health app, so your daily activity is reflected in your dashboard and your plan.
