MastersFit LLC values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and safeguard your data when you use the MastersFit mobile application, website, and related services.
By using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you disagree, please discontinue use.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
Personal Information You Provide
- Name, email address, and account login credentials
- Age, gender, fitness goals, workout preferences, and health limitations (as provided by you during onboarding)
Health & Fitness Data
- With your permission, health and activity data from Apple Health or Health Connect (for example, heart rate, calories, steps, and workout sessions), used to enrich your training history and inform your plan
Usage & Activity Data
- Workouts generated, logged results, and performance history
- Device information (e.g., operating system, app version, unique identifiers)
- App interactions and feature usage
Subscription & Payment Data
- Subscription status and transaction information (handled by Apple App Store or Google Play Store; MastersFit does not store your full payment details)
Feedback & Communications
- Messages, bug reports, survey responses, or other input you voluntarily provide
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your data to:
- Deliver and personalize workout plans
- Track progress and store workout history
- Operate, maintain, and improve the App's features and performance
- Communicate with you regarding updates, support, and offers
- Enforce our Terms & Conditions and prevent misuse
- Comply with legal obligations
3. Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data in these cases:
- Service Providers: With trusted vendors who support the App's operations — including cloud hosting, authentication, analytics, crash and diagnostics reporting, subscription management, and transactional email.
- AI Personalization: To generate and personalize your training, we share the profile and fitness inputs you provide with a third-party AI service provider that processes them on our behalf to return your plan. This provider does not use your data to train its own models or for advertising.
- Legal Compliance: When required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
- Business Transfers: If MastersFit LLC undergoes a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your data may be transferred.
4. Data Storage & Security
- Data is stored securely in cloud services using encryption at rest and in transit.
- Access to your data is restricted to authorized personnel.
- While we take industry-standard precautions, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.
5. Data Retention
- We retain personal data as long as necessary to provide services and comply with legal obligations.
- You can delete your account and all associated data at any time — in the app under Settings → Delete Account, or by contacting us. Deletion removes your data except limited records we must retain for legal or financial reasons (for example, a one-way hashed record used to honor your deletion and prevent abuse, and any legally required transaction records). 6. Your Rights & Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights such as:
- Accessing, updating, or correcting your information
- Requesting the deletion of your data
- Opting out of marketing communications
- Exercising additional rights under applicable laws (e.g., GDPR in the EU, CCPA in California)

7. Children's Privacy
MastersFit is intended for users 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under the age of 18. If we learn we have collected such data, we will delete it.
8. International Users
If you access the App outside the United States, your data may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. By using the App, you consent to such transfers in compliance with applicable law.
9. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted in the App and on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after updates indicates acceptance.
