Manage your subscription
View, change, or cancel your MastersFit+ membership anytime. Because subscriptions are billed by the App Store or Google Play, you manage them right on your device — here's how.
Your MastersFit+ subscription is purchased and billed through Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), depending on the device you subscribed on. That means changes — including turning off auto-renew — are made in your Apple or Google account, not inside the MastersFit app. It only takes a moment.
On iPhone or iPad (App Store)
- Open the Settings app and tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap MastersFit.
- From here you can change your plan, or tap Cancel Subscription to stop it from renewing.
You can also go straight there: manage Apple subscriptions.
On Android (Google Play)
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
- Select MastersFit, then Manage or Cancel subscription.

What happens when you cancel
- You keep access until the end of your current billing period. Cancelling turns off the next automatic renewal — it doesn't cut you off immediately.
- No further charges are made once auto-renew is off.
- Your workouts, history, and streak stay in your account, and you can resubscribe anytime to pick up where you left off.
Refunds
Because payments are handled by Apple and Google, refund requests are made through them:
- Apple: visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Google Play: visit your Google Play account and select the order.
